Nowadays, it’s hard to find an Esthetician you can trust and rely on. Kathleen is the owner and operator of Beautopia, and she is an awesome Esthetician who is kind, caring and accommodating. Kathleen is exceptionally skilled in her work, personal conduct, and integrity. Such professionalism is rare nowadays, and I am impressed with her comprehensive knowledge, valuable advice, and the sense of humour she displays These attributes have created an environment that I believe is the foundation for excellence in service. Until two years ago, I was a regular client of the only accredited luxury spa facility in the Golden Horseshoe. At the suggestion of a friend, I decided to give Beautopia a try. Needless to say, I have not returned to the other spa. Kathleen is knowledgeable and highly trained. Her facility is clean, well-equipped, and serene. I enjoy the completely professional yet relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend Kathleen and Beautopia.
I have known Kathleen for over 10 years and have found Kathleen to be honest, reliable, hard-working, conscientious and courteous. Kathleen has a long list of skills and abilities she can provide. However, I only ever get regular pedicures and manicures a couple of times a year. She is very personable with me and its a joy, and a time to relax when I go there. If you want a personal touch and a private place, I would recommend Kathleen and Beautopia.
My favourite outing to Beautopia is Kathleen’s Swedish Relaxation Massage. Kathleen is so professional yet very warm and welcoming. I have enjoyed many visits for manicures, pedicures, massages, hair removal, and makeup advice. I am impressed with the number of courses she has taken to offer such a wide range of services. Also, a favourite gift in my ladies walking group for any milestone birthday is a gift certificate for a special treat at Beautopia! I always look forward to my visits with Kathleen!
